Build in 2018 this solid CLT building is about    530 ft² / 48m² on one level. The walls are made of 5-layers cross laminated timber and the whole structure weights about 24 tonnes. The cottage is off-the-grid, has a metal roof and rain water collection. It’s a solid approach to self-sustainable and ecological living in-sync with envrionment.

Amazing holiday retreat- this solid wood cottage was built in 2017. Is has about 920 ft² / 84m² living space on one level. Due to the all natural wood walls the house does not need to be heated when unused, it is highly cost efficient. This house has energy star rated windows, metal roof and a grid connection. Solid wood reduces all maintainance costs without compromising comfort.

Overlooking the Bras d’or lake this stylish solid wood home proves that a natual look is not ancient and dusty but modern and chic. This highly-energy-efficent rated home was build in 2016 and has a living area of 3250 ft² / 300 m² on two levels. A passive-house standard is possible with CLT as an engineered product, due to the high mass and heat storage qualities of wood itself.
